The chatbot programming system is about using dialog systems encompassing many services as customer service or information acquisition. For this to happen, the chatbot works by following four basic yet different structures.
The first one is the “natural language processing”, which evaluates the user’s queries, then comes the second one which is “knowledge management” providing a direct answer to the enquirer. As far as artificial intelligence is a main part of the chatbot, deep learning, characterized as the third structure, is integrated within its components allowing the chatbot to enhance its response system to every interaction detected. Further, the “sentiment analysis”, detected as the last structure, helps detect the user’s anxiety and forward them to a human.
